Optigel CH wine
This optigel phase with a particle size of 8 μm is especially suitable for the analysis of sugar and alcohol in wine, e.g. optimized in wine.
Typical analytes are:
- glucose
- fructose
- glycerin
- ethanol
Optigel ZAO wine
Optigel ZAO wine is an anion exchanger phase with a particle size of 7 μm and is used in wine analysis especially as a precolumn to remove interfering substances from the sample matrix when analysing sugars and alcohol. The functional group used here is quaternary ammonium with chloride as the counterion.

The available column dimensions can be found in our price list.
This optigel phase with a particle size of 8 μm is especially suitable for the analysis of organic acids, e.g. optimized in wine.
Typical analytes are:
- malic acid
- acetic acid
- fumaric acid
- lactic acid
- shikimic acid
- tartaric acid
- citric acid
The available column dimensions can be found in our price list.
The Optigel CarbEx II cation exchangers have sulfonic acid groups bonded to the polystyrene-divinylbenzene matrix. As counterions, H+ und Ca2+ and Ca2+ are available as standard. On request, Pb2+ is also possible as a counterion.
The available column dimensions can be found in our price list.
